The much-awaited Annual Picnic of V.P.M’s Vidya Mandir English Primary Section for the students of
Std. I to IV was organised on 19th September 2025 at KidZania, R City Mall, Ghatkopar (W) Children enthusiastically participated in a wide range of role-play and hands-on activities. They joyfully prepared cheese, Frooti, Parle-G biscuits, donuts and even Kinder Joy. They also enjoyed dancing, singing, playing musical instruments, designing flower bouquets, drawing, colouring and pottery. The girls particularly loved the salon experience
One of the most thrilling moments was when the children got a chance to become firefighters —wearing uniforms, handling hoses, and even riding in a fire brigade van. This exciting role-play filled them with pride and enthusiasm.
The students further explored other professional activities such as being doctors, pilots, chefs and police, gaining valuable real-world exposure in a playful way. All activities encouraged creativity, teamwork, confidence, and practical learning. The picnic was truly a fun-filled and enriching day for all the children
